The Benefits Of Air Mattresses

Given the amount of time that we spend sleeping or trying to sleep it only makes sense to make our beds as comfortable as possible. Today, we have many choices in mattresses, from pillow top to firm. But what happens if your mattress preferences change from day to day Maybe an ultra firm mattress works for you sometimes, but other times you prefer a softer bed. For changeable comfort, an air mattress just might be your best bet.

Air mattresses are equipped with inflatable, adjustable chambers. One such air mattress, the Sleep Number bed by Select Comfort, comes with two separate air chambers. A numbered remote dial controls each air chamber. The customer adjusts the mattress to the desired firmness or softness with the touch of a button. Since there are two chambers, each side of the bed can be controlled independently. This is ideal for partners with different mattress preferences.

Loung Air is offering a unique air mattress that converts to a lounge, chair, or recliner. Another type of air mattress is the low-cost, foldable variety. These inflatable mattresses are great for spare bedrooms, guest rooms, slumber parties, and even camping trips. Most of these air mattresses are simply put on the floor. These mattresses can be found at bedding stores such as Linens N Things and Bed, Bath & Beyond. They can also be found at department stores. At the time of this writing, Wal Mart was offering a two-position air mattress on a frame for $34. Some outdoor and camping supplies stores also sell air mattresses, as well as many online stores.

One company, however, created a more comfortable alternative to the on the floor air mattresses. The Raised Aero Bed, by Aero Products International, Inc., is an inflatable bed that stands about two feet high. This type of air mattress can be inflated with a small electric pump.

How to Find a Flattering Swim Suit

When you hit the pool, the last thing you want to worry about is your  swimsuit. Hiding under an oversized t-shirt or grandma's trunks can get sloppy. A swimsuit is the most difficult garment to shop for, as it confronts our body shape like no other garment does. It might seem that swimsuits do not allow you to hide anything. On the other hand, with the right kind of swimsuits, you can enhance or camouflage a lot.

A one piece swim suit is usually more flattering to mature figures instead of a bikini or even a two-piece suit. The well designed and cut swimming costume's lines will emphasis a well sculptured figure of any age to show off curves rather than bulges. And if you have lost the sculptured look then a simple swim suit hides the evidence much better because mature figures tend to gather bulges or bumps where wise fashion wisdom dictates concealment to be the more comfortable exposure option.

There are many different styles of swim suits and shoppers will generally know which they want. Many ladies, especially those who wear larger sizes, have a hard time finding a nice bathing suit. The first sign of summer is often dreaded by them.

First do a body assessment. Find out your best features and understand what you need to highlight or hide. It isn't about how much skin you show but its all about how you show. The key is to create an illusion of a balanced figure.

Lift your arms up to check that the stretch is comfortable enough. The bottom of the swimsuit should not ride up. Try a size larger than you generally wear for a better fit. While trying, bend over, stand, sit, walk and assure that it is comfortable from all angles. Matte fabrics and dark hues are the most slimming.

What you wear on top of your swimsuit talks so much about your style as the swimsuit itself. A crisp, white unbuttoned shirt and a sarong at the waist is quite chic and cool. Wear your sarong low on the hip and opt for floral patterns. Accessorize it with a large, trendy bag or a pair of cool sandals. Just remember, your overall look should make you feel comfortable and sexy.

Review of Pillow Rest Queen Intex Raised Airbed Air Mattress With Built-in AC Pump

The Pillow Rest Queen Intex Raised Airbed Air Mattress w/ Built-in AC Pump is a deluxe version of the high selling model 67701 with better construction for sleep comfort. The product has a quality tested 20.8 gauge waterproof top with 15 gauge vinyl beams and 16 gauge sides and bottom.

It features an improved integrated fast-filled A/C electrical pump, which adds and removes air in roughly three and a half minutes. The airbed is raised about a foot and a half from the ground. This makes getting on and getting up off the bed easier, especially for older people. The product features a pillow that is built into the mattress so it can't get lost, and it is about 19 inches above the ground. The bed includes a duffel bag with a shoulder strap for the convenience of storage and travel.

It's been about four months and I have used product about a month prior to my real conventional-type bed arrived. If you consider this product as a genuine substitution of a real bed, you may be disappointed. It can certainly be used on a temporary basis, just not recommended for permanent, prolonged use, namely more than a month. I think the mattress itself is pretty impressive for what it is. The surface material feels good to the touch, and the built-in AC pump works fine and dandy. The noise while inflating the bed is somewhat disturbing, but it is not too bad or a deal breaker. However, you will hear that noise over and over because the air keeps escaping from the mattress little by little. So you have to inflate it once every few days or so. I have it currently, and I believe that I can set it up for my friends who visit and stay over at my place.

Beginner Camping Tips

Camping is increasingly becoming a leisure pursuit of many. The versatile geography across different parts of the world has permitted this leisure pursuit to spread all around the year, and across the globe.

If you are new to camping, the following tips for the beginner camper can be a tremendous help to creating an enjoyable experience. Camping gets easier and more enjoyable when you are more prepared. These camping tips will help you go from a "beginner" to an "advanced" camper in no time.

Advance planning is the key to successful camping. Choosing campsites based on the climatic conditions, vehicle patterns, terrain and safety often proves to be one of the most challenging tasks that are involved in planning. Start by filtering based on safety and terrain. Narrow your choice down to the top 10 sites, and check out the prevailing weather at each campsite. Choose the ones that are most suitable during that part of the year when you decide to go camping.

Begin planning early for your camping trip. Many popular locations are reserved months in advance. You do not want to leave this to chance. I recommend starting out close to your home as well. Try to arrive at the campsite before it gets dark so you can get all of your gear organized.

Get a complete camping set,Camping gear, food, tent and tools are factors that need consideration. When it comes to the choice of tent, ensure that you take the type of weather at the campsite into account. The number of people in your party is another factor that needs to be considered.

Whenever you go to the next campsite, ensure that you research well ahead, as that will help you get an idea about the prevailing circumstances there. It is important to get an idea about the possible entry of reptiles, detrimental plants at the campsite, the probability of your campsite becoming flooded in case of a heavy downpour, the possibility of getting baked in case of unexpected hot weather and the like.

Be prepared for unexpected weather. Remember to take sufficient bedding to combat cold weather. Have sunscreens handy and carry proper clothing in case of hot, cold or wet weather.

Protecting Your Hair When Going Swimming

The materials in a swimming pool can be damaging to your hair. However you can use some helpful swimming tips to help you protect your hair in the water. These include things to do before and after getting into the water.

Imagine your hair as a sponge absorbing water. Before you get in the pool, wet your hair with fresh water. With non-chlorinated water on board, your hair won't be able to soak-up as much chlorine while you swim. And always rinse your hair with clean water after swimming; chlorine in pools not only dries-out your hair, but will fade the colour too.Always rinse your hair after swimming. Chlorine in many pools will not only dry out your hair but it will dull your color as well. After Swimming use a good 'clarifying' shampoo. The main ingredient to look for is EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic Acid). It is like a chemical claw that will remove chlorine from your hair.

Getting your hair saturated is also helpful for preparing to get into the pool. Using water with conditioner on your hair can help. With this your hair will be properly saturated so that it will be harder for chlorinated water to keep from getting into your hair. Your hair will be well protected with this process.

Drinking plenty of water every day is a good way to lubricate damaged or excessively dry hair. Other liquids such as herbal teas and fruit juices also help. Be moderate in your use of coffee and colas, as they can cause dehydration to your hair and skin.

After your swim, head to the shower immediately! Don't let the chlorine water sit in your hair. Be sure to shampoo well to get all the oil/conditioner out of your hair. After toweling your hair till it's damp and not dripping wet, spread a leave-in conditioner evenly throughout to repair damages. Run your fingers through your hair or use a wide-toothed comb to ensure the conditioner is applied to the inner layers of hair too. Be sure to always condition hair after swimming to prevent hair from turning into hay!

Prevention is always the best policy. In the sun, wear a hat or cap to avoid sun damage. Unfortunately, many people reading this article will have already suffered the agonies of damaged or unhealthy hair. It's important to stop further damage now, and get a repair program started.

If you already have damaged hair, perhaps it's time for intensive treatment to turn the tide for your bruised hair cuticles. Whether you whip up your own recipe, go to your favorite salon or buy an off-the-shelf product, you may need to perform intensive conditioning at least once a week.

Why You Should Choose Inflatable Boats?

Basically, there are 2 kinds of boats, hard-sided boats and inflatable boats. Hard-sided boats are built with hard materials and are fixed in features such as aluminum boats. On the other hand, inflatable boats are built with fabrics that could be deflated and inflated at your fancy. Obviously, inflatable boats are more mobile in this case.

When speak about the advantages of inflatable boats, it just can’t be finished within 10 pages. Believe me, inflatable boats just have their unique advantages over those traditional boats.

As known, the very first advantage of inflatable boats is their flexibility. What I mean here is inflatable boats could be deflated and kept in your private car boot. You can bring inflatable boats with you wherever you go. They just do not need boat trailers or huge truck to be transported.

Inflatable boats are extremely lightweight in comparison to more traditional hard sided boats. And the fact that they are light weight makes them an excellent choice for many people. This is great if you are using your boat for fishing. Instead of towing a regular dinghy or canoe behind your vehicle you will be able to strap your inflatable boat to the roof of your car or even strap it into the bed of your truck.

Inflatable sport boats generally describe recreational boats that are used for fishing, water skiing, and other activities where a motor is required. Depending on the size of the craft, an inflatable sport boat can be used with a motor that generates up to 40 units of horsepower They can be deflated and packed away for easy transport or used with a trailer to avoid having to inflate at each use. Inflatable sport boats typically cost much less than their traditional counterparts and, because they are lighter, use much less gas.

Inflatable boats are built with 2 large buoyancy tubes on the side and a flat floor in between of them. The large size buoyancy tubes provide a low center of gravity for the boats as well. These designs make inflatable boats sit flat on the water surface, making inflatable boats almost impossible to flip over.

Also, because inflatable boats are lightweight they can easily be brought on board when the yacht is under sail. However, just because you have an inflatable does not mean that you cannot attach a trolling motor to it. In fact most inflatable boats allow quite large motors to be attached to them. Although many inflatable boats are not built for performance and speed, some are built for speed and efficiency. However, even if you have a motor you should always carry paddles with you and you should always wear a life jacket.

Many years of enjoyment is what inflatable boats meant to be as an inflatable boat is ready only after a serial of experiments and trials. Inflatable boats could not be pushed to the market without gone through many quality controls.

With those quality controls and the fine materials, inflatable boats are strong and durable. Building with 1000 Denier Reinforced material, Sea Eagle inflatable boats are simply the best. The plastic coated transom in Sea Eagle inflatable boats keeps the transom secure from the damaging effect of water seepage.
